Inform & reserve:
Our goal is to keep our collection up-to-date and to inform you about all new products at an early stage via our webshop. If an item is listed as available soon, this means that it is a new item. The item has already been ordered by us from the supplier, but is not yet in stock in the shop. If you want to be informed first when the item arrives, you can let us know by email or via the contact form. You will then receive a message from us as soon as the item is in stock without any payment obligation. Of course, you can always order via the webshop.

Right of withdrawal / Returns:
After receiving your order, you are legally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period and the option to return your order. As a buyer, you are obliged to pay the costs for returning. After we have received and checked the return package, we will make the refund within 48 hours.
Prices:
All prices include 21% VAT. Subject to change.
Breakage:
In the event of breakage or damage to your order, we request that you report this within 24 hours of receiving your package. After your report, we will contact you about returning the order. After receiving the return shipment, you are entitled to a replacement product. If this product is no longer available, you are entitled to reimbursement of the purchase price including shipping costs.
Warranty:
All our items are carefully checked and properly packaged before shipping. If you nevertheless have a comment about the condition of a product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Insurance Valuation Report / Hummel Valuation
In the event of damage or breakage to your Hummel figure, we can draw up a valuation report for your insurance for a fee. You can request more information by telephone or email.
Complaints procedure:
If you have a question, comment or complaint, we will contact you within 48 hours to find a solution together with you.
